This policy covers ma27.tech and the text messages sent by Adriana Campano ("I", "me"), a sole proprietor in Texas.
What I collect
When you sign up for texts, I keep your first and last name, mobile number, the date and time you agreed, the wording you agreed to, the page you used, and your IP address and browser type. If you text me, I keep those messages too. If you request a quote, I keep the name, email, phone and project details you send so I can reply.
How I use it
Only to send the texts you signed up for, answer you, keep a record of your consent and opt-outs, and fix problems with the site.
Who I share it with
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. I never sell your information.
The companies that host this site and deliver the texts (my web host and my text message carrier) handle your number only to provide that service. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any text and you won't get more. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@ma27.tech. I keep a record of opt-outs so you stay off the list.
How long I keep it
As long as you're subscribed, then up to 4 years after you opt out, so I can prove consent and honor your opt-out. Email me to ask for your information to be deleted sooner.
Security and age
Sign-ups are stored in a private, access-controlled database. The text program is for people 18 and older.
Changes and contact
